Supply Chain Management:  Develop supply chain management processes for clients and guide them in the implementation and operation of their system.

 

Fitting:  Develop fitting manuals and videos, conduct courses in garment fitting, and provide on-site coaching of Government personnel in proper fitting of military garments.

 

Alterations:  Develop alteration manuals and videos, conduct courses in garment alterations, and provide on-site coaching of Government and support personnel in proper military garment alteration.

 

Issue/sale to Military Personnel: Review and analyze military garment issue and sale operations, prepare reports of findings, and assist in implementation of corrective actions.

 

Project Management:  Plan, select team members, budget, coordinate, integrate, and supervise the conduct of a project using hand-picked individual, agencies, academic institutions, and commercial companies to perform the project on time, on cost, and to a high standard of excellence.
